Nagaoka Swan D101-S

by Jaques Candé

The speakers are finished. They were connected yesterday evening to a single ended lamp amplifier and the results are very good. The combination of the FE103sigma and D-101S works perfectly. Bass is going very low with an excellent impact. The mouth fires into the last part of the living room where the medium leaks are completely diluted. Sound stage imaging is excellent. Live records sound certainly very close to what the engineer was listening to when controlling the mikes. Old records which sounded flat in the past take their entire dimension, I am thinking of a very good Otis Rush. The Trovatore opera sounds like one was at the theatre.

Mister Nagaoka was a genius and I am in debt with him for the rest of my life. Many thanks for the construction plans from a happy man, Jacques Candé.
