ImportantThe fullrangedriver forum was "hacked" in April. I have just about got things running safely again. The forum redirected some older web browsers to a website that downloaded a virus/trojan to your computer. If you visited the fullrangedriver forum in April, please scan your computer for viruses and trojans!Good free anti-virus software is available from AVG Search the old Fullrange Forum courtesy of Gainclone: Old Full Range Driver Forum Search Contacting me:Due to Spammers registering on the Forum, the automatic registration has been disabled. New user registration for the Gallery is currently open. Anyone is allowed to view the Gallery but only registered users can upload images. These images must be approved by the administrator before they go live, so there can be a delay of a few days to a week. PurposeThis website is dedicated to full-range driver loudspeakers such as Lowther, Fostex, Diatone etc. These loudspeakers try to cover the major frequency span of human voice and common musical instruments without a crossover to another driver. The website also covers wide-band drivers, those that try to cover most of the frequency span and only rely on another driver at the extremes usually either a supertweeter or a subwoofer. Horn loudspeakers are also featured. Some horn solutions help extend full-range drivers, and other horns attempt to cover a wide frequency range with one or more drivers. |
